Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are automatically calculated based on product weight and shipping destination. We regularly monitor the market and always aim to offer our customers the best value delivery options possible:
UK Delivery
• Standard Delivery within the UK is free for orders less than 2kg and is via Royal Mail. There is also an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' delivery or choose trackable Courier delivery at additional cost.
• For UK orders greater than 2kg, delivery is only available by Courier, at a standard price of £9.95
International Delivery
• Delivery outwith the UK is via Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail Airmail Signed For, or Courier for orders less than 2kg.
• Orders larger than 2kg will be sent by International Courier. Our International delivery service is based on reduced business rates passed on to our customers to keep the costs to a minimum.

We will endeavour to keep you informed, by email, of any unforeseen delays. However, we will not be held responsible for your order arriving late due to postal strikes, adverse weather conditions or other delays outwith our control.
Please ensure that all required details of delivery (including postcode), contact email details and payment details are completed in full at time of ordering.
Product Lead Times
All of our products are hand crafted and prepared in our own workshop for each customer order. The following lead times are required prior to shipping each confirmed order (i.e. valid payment received):
- WoodCarver Clan Plaques : 14 days
- Balmoral Mugs & Clansman Glasses : 5 days
- Clan Gifts (Cloots, Keyrings etc.) : 2 days
If ordering multiple products in one order then the longest product lead time will apply to the entire order.
Returns
To ensure your order is dealt with effectively please contact us prior to returning any item. Also please attach your original order number if applicable.
Items made to order are bespoke and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us in the first instance to discuss how the fault occurred and arrange for a suitable replacement.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your item appears to have suffered shipping damage do not accept the package. If you have already received the package, keep the original shipping carton and contact us to report the damage.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
